USAPL Lifting Events

The four events in the Arnold Powerlifting and Bench Press Challenge are:

  •  International Pro deadlift on the Arnold EXPO stage  
  •  International Titan Pro Bench Presson the Arnold EXPO stage   
  •  Con-Cret Raw Challenge in the GCCC Ballroom
          Friday - Three-lift (belt and wrist wraps allowed); 50 lifter limit
  •  Quest American Pro Invitational in the GCCC Ballroom
          Saturday - Three-lift; Team/Individual Competition

Ticket Information
Arnold Fitness EXPO One-Day tickets and Three Day-Tickets will be available each day at the Arnold EXPO.

Admission to the EXPO is $10.00 per day. The EXPO ticket includes total access to the Arnold Fitness EXPO. Adults & Students: $10.00. 10 Years and under: FREE, if accompanied by adult. No Strollers allowed.

We recommend purchasing them at ticketmaster before the weekend to save yourself a wait in line.
